Justin Baldoni spoke about exposure to unhealthy content on the Internet

Justin Baldoniā€™s latest statement about his addiction to unhealthy content has come to surface amid Blake Livelyā€™s sexual harassment accusations.

The actor, who has also been dropped by his talent agency after Lively accused him of running a smear campaign against her during the promotions of their movie ā€˜It Ends With Us,ā€™ admitted he was addicted to porn.

ā€œI was introduced to porn when I was 10 years old. Long before I ever, you know, could have an erection or even knew how I felt about anything,ā€ he shared on a July 2021 episode ofĀ Sarah Grynbergā€™sĀ ā€œA Life of Greatnessā€Ā podcast.

ā€œItĀ was,Ā youĀ know,Ā likeĀ anyĀ youngĀ boyĀ whoĀ seesĀ b[expletive]bsĀ forĀ theĀ firstĀ time,Ā itā€™sĀ excitingĀ becauseĀ our culture has shielded them from us because theyā€™re sexualized. Itā€™s cultural,ā€ Baldoni added.

ā€œIĀ trainedĀ myĀ brainĀ toĀ dealĀ withĀ painĀ withĀ theĀ dopamineĀ hit. ā€¦ But it doesnā€™t mean that Iā€™m not using something in an unhealthy way,ā€

ā€œAnd I found myself, over the course of my life, going back to looking at images and videos of naked women when I was feeling necessarily bad about myself,ā€ Baldoni told Grynberg.

ā€œAnd I knew that it was an issue for me when I would tell myself that I donā€™t want to do that,ā€ Baldoni admitted.
