Justin Baldoni spoke about exposure to unhealthy content on the Internet
Justin Baldoniās latest statement about his addiction to unhealthy content has come to surface amid Blake Livelyās sexual harassment accusations.
The actor, who has also been dropped by his talent agency after Lively accused him of running a smear campaign against her during the promotions of their movie āIt Ends With Us,ā admitted he was addicted to porn.
āI was introduced to porn when I was 10 years old. Long before I ever, you know, could have an erection or even knew how I felt about anything,ā he shared on a July 2021 episode ofĀ Sarah GrynbergāsĀ āA Life of GreatnessāĀ podcast.
āItĀ was,Ā youĀ know,Ā likeĀ anyĀ youngĀ boyĀ whoĀ seesĀ b[expletive]bsĀ forĀ theĀ firstĀ time,Ā itāsĀ excitingĀ becauseĀ our culture has shielded them from us because theyāre sexualized. Itās cultural,ā Baldoni added.
āIĀ trainedĀ myĀ brainĀ toĀ dealĀ withĀ painĀ withĀ theĀ dopamineĀ hit. ā¦ But it doesnāt mean that Iām not using something in an unhealthy way,ā
āAnd I found myself, over the course of my life, going back to looking at images and videos of naked women when I was feeling necessarily bad about myself,ā Baldoni told Grynberg.
āAnd I knew that it was an issue for me when I would tell myself that I donāt want to do that,ā Baldoni admitted.
