Jennifer Garner’s friend from Church dies in Los Angeles wildfires
Hollywood actor Jennifer Garner was unable to speak as she shared the heartbreaking news of a friend’s death in LA fires.
Speaking to MSNBC, Jennifer Garner revealed that one of her friends who she knew through church died in the wildfires.
Jennifer Garner attends a local United Methodist church. She has been spotted at various church services in Pacific Palisades, California, where she lives.
As many as 11 people have died in the wildfires that have engulfed large swathes of Los Angeles.
The former wife of actor Ben Affleck said, “I did lose a friend, and for our church, it’s really tender so I don’t feel like we should talk about it yet,” she said.. “I did lose a friend. She didn’t get out in time.”
She added, “My heart bleeds for my friends,” Garner added. “I mean, I can think of 100 families, and there are 5,000 homes lost. I can — without even [thinking] — I could just write out a list of 100 friends who lost their homes. “I feel almost guilty walking through my house.”
