Tom Holland Takes a Break from Social Media, says ‘I spiral when I read things about me’
Spider-Man: No Way Home star Tom Holland takes a break from social media, and gives priority to his mental health.
In a new Instagram video update, the actor said, ‘I spiral when I read things about me.’ It’s going to be another social media break for the actor as he previously paused his promotions on the platform to take a breath.
Tom Holland talked straightforwardly in his video that for the sake of his mental health, the actor is going to delete Instagram and Twitter apps from his smartphone for the time being.
The 26-year-old actor shared his worries with fans in a video clip as he said, “I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming,” he then continued, “I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online and ultimately it’s very detrimental to my mental state.”
