Sophie, Countess of Wessex talked about Menopause. The 50-year-old highlighted the impacts of menopause on working women.
The mum-of-two was part of a roundtable discussion where she supported the ‘Menopaused Workplace Pledge’ campaign with the charity Wellbeing of Women.

Additionally, Sophie said that she has observed that talking about women’s health and other related issues immediately puts into a negative light. She hopes to normalize taboo topics and break stereotypes to raise awareness on such kinds of important topics.
