TV personality Kody Brown makes unexpected admission about wanting to leave his family behind
Sister Wives star Kody Brown recently got candid and opened up about his desire to escape the chaos of family drama.
During a new episode of Sister Wives, which aired on Sunday, January 5, the 55-year-old patriarch of the Brown family talked about wanting to “move to Europe.”
Kody can be seen sitting outside with his only remaining wife, Robyn Brown, as they were having an emotional talk about their marriage and Kody’s relationships with his other ex-wives, Christine Brown, Janelle Brown, and Meri Brown, who have left their plural marriage.
In a confessional-style clip, he articulated his feelings by saying, “I got an itch to move so bad, just to get away from the energy of it all.”
“I got to get out of here because this isn’t going to work for me, because all the memory, all the energy of it, I just don’t know. And here’s the stupid thing. I’ve got kids in college, kids in grade school—but I want to move to Europe,” the father of 18 children added.
Kody went on to confess, “I want to get away from this where I can’t see it or be bombarded by it or feel it anymore.”
He told Robyn Brown that he was not getting along well with his exes, especially Janelle, saying, “Janelle wants to do things different than what I want to do.”
“We’re just not matching up,” Kody Brown, who confirmed his separation from Jenelle Brown in December 2022, concluded.
