Today, Shilpa Shetty stressed the importance of work out & yoga amid lockdown that helps you to keep yourself active and flexible.
The actress has shared such wonderful videos on different subject matters for parents and kids as well to make their days productive.
The actress took to her Instagram and shared a video of herself wherein she can be seen stretching the body to share the importance of work out. Also, she composed a detailed note in which she emphasized the need for exercise and yoga particularly when you are at home and nothing to do these days.
In her note, she wrote, ‘Being at home for days on end can lead to the body toughen up, unable to bend or fold. One of the best ways to give your body the flexibility and toned shape, is through a few moves of Surya Namaskaras. It is a complete workout but she added few more variations.
Also, she said that with the help of this workout, it increases shoulder & core strength, improves back flexibility, stamina and endurance.
This is also a high-calorie burning variation, so doing this workout on every alternate day with 8-16 repetitions will also help to reduce fat and increase metabolism as well.
At the end of her note, she felt grateful for the ability to share whatever knowledge she has with millions of people around the world. Also, she urged people to take care of their health and families as well.
