Rihanna celebrated being sober ‘all year’ in her New Years post
Rihanna just took a stand for herself!
The 36-year-old award winning artist responded to one of her trolls on social media who referred to Rihanna as “forehead.”
After posting a video of herself on her official Instagram account, where she celebrated the start of a new year as well as her sobriety, the Diamond singer lashed out on a social media user.
In the video where she could be heard saying, “Y’all I didn’t drink all year. I didn’t drink all year!” a comment by Lorenzo, read, “We want an album forehead,” where he seemingly mocked Rihanna’s appearance.
The songstress, who has not released an album since her 2016’s Anti, was quick to retort and responded, “Listen, Lorenzo! You ain’t cute enough to be calling me by my Black name, you dizzy f***!”
With her time off from creating albums, she has mainly been focus on beauty and fashion, enjoying the success of her beauty brand, Fenty Beauty.
Back in 2017, speaking of the creation of the products, Rihanna told TIME magazine, “I have 100 percent involvement in this process, which is what makes this so special and very fun.
“I have so much creative freedom from products to packaging, and that’s really the only way this brand will stay true to my vision for it,” she further mentioned at that time.
