Bollywood’s veteran actor Rahul Roy who is popularly known for the role he played in the musical blockbuster movie “Aashiqui: has been hospitalized to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) due to a brain stroke while shooting for the film in Kargil.
It is said that he admitted to the Mumbai hospital after suffering from a brain stroke during his shooting for a film in Kargil.
One of his family sources told PTI that Rahul Roy was hospitalized two days back after arrival from Kargil as he suffered from a brain stroke. Now, he is safe and recovering well. The proper recovery will take some time.
The actor is 52 years old and he suffered from health issues due to the extreme cold weather in Kargil, causing a brain stroke.
On the work front, he is popularly known for his debut movie “Aashiqui” wherein he worked alongside Anu Agarwal. Thereafter, he appeared in many popular movies including “Sapne Sajan Ke” alongside Karishma Kapoor, “Phir Teri Yaad Ayi” and many more. While in the year 2006, he appeared as a contestant in the most-watched TV reality show “Bigg Boss”.
