Prince Harry admits life with Meghan Markle isn’t what he expected

Prince Harry has reportedly made a shocking admission to his wife Meghan Markle as rift with Royal family takes a toll on him.

According to a new report, the Duke of Sussex has told Meghan that their current lifestyle of pursuing individual projects is not working for him anymore.

The Sussexes sparked divorce rumors after making solo appearances for most of last year, with reports claiming the couple would continue with this strategy.

A source shared insights into Harry and Meghan’s marital life, telling Heat Magazine that the Duke’s desire to make amends with his family is adding to their marital woes amid separated professional lives.

They said Harry is determined to make amends with King Charles and the rest of the family members in 2025, but Meghan remains reluctant to return to the UK.

“On the surface of it all, Meghan and Harry are doing the best to laugh off rumours that things are not exactly rock solid between them,” the insider said.

They added, “But the truth is, the life they’re living now isn’t what either of them had imagined from the beginning.”

The source said Harry is telling Meghan that “things are not working for him. The major sticking point remains the mess he’s made with his family – which is difficult now that he’s taking accountability for it, while Meghan still puts the blame firmly on them.”

While the Duchess of Sussex is supportive of Harry reconciling with the Royals, she “will not even consider going back to the UK or bending over to apologise.”

“But Harry is feeling the heat from his close friends, who are constantly worrying about him,” they added.

“They can tell he has a strong desire to make amends in any way that he can with his father and brother, but his new life in the US is holding him back from that.”
