Prince Andrew’s scandal leaves ex Sarah Ferguson out in the cold

Sarah Ferguson has been caught in the crossfire between Prince Andrew and the Royal family after his scandal regarding links to Chinese spy were exposed.

According to a new report, the Duchess of York dealt a “huge blow” after she had to back out of the Royal Christmas bash along with Andrew in the wake of his latest controversy.

Speaking with OK! Magazine, royal expert Jennie Bond said Ferguson, who was “delighted” to be included in the family festivities last year, was left upset on this development.

The Royal commentator also claimed that King Charles would also “a little sad” on Fergie’s absence from Christmas.

“This will be a blow for Fergie,” she said. “She was so effusive last Christmas and was clearly delighted to be included in the family festivities after so many years in exile.”

“But her loyalty has always been to Andrew and she will stick by his side… wherever they spend the day,” Ferguson added.

“I think the King has a soft spot for Fergie, especially after their shared cancer experience. She always brings a spot of fun to proceedings.

“So he will probably be a little sad that she will now stay away from Sandringham, to stand shoulder to shoulder with her ex.”
