Prince Andrew has said to have accepted his fate as his future as a Royal hang in balance amid his latest spy scandal.

According to a latest report, the Duke of York knows no one “wants him in public life” after it was revealed that he was a close confidant of Chinese spy Yang Tengbo.

Sharing two cents on the matter, royal historian Hugo Vickers said Andrew has got “literally nothing” to lose now.

“Nobody wants him in public life, and he accepts that,” he told Page Six. “He has nothing else except riding in the park and golf, his children and grandchildren — that’s all he has, literally nothing.”

This comes after the expert told GB News that Andrew should consider moving to Frogmore Cottage and vacate the 30-room estate, the Royal Lodge, to make it up to King Charles.

“Actually going to Frogmore Cottage would work very well for him, because he would still be within the security boundary of Windsor Great Park,” Vickers said.

“Nobody wants Prince Andrew in public life, that’s completely accepted. He would not be a benefit anywhere. But privately, he’d been included in Christmases,” he added.

“I think at that point, he really probably did have no choice. He just decided that it would be best to stay away, but it’s become quite unpleasant.

“He isn’t going to return to public life. I don’t really see what else he can do, unless he decides to go and live abroad somewhere.”
