Prince Andrew has been told to leave the Royal Lodge and move to Frogmore Cottage as expert urged the Duke to do the right thing.

It comes after the Duke of York had to skip the annual Royal Christmas bash at Sandringham due to his links with Chinese spy.

Since his ties to the spy were exposed, his future at the 30-room estate has become increasingly uncertain as his position at the Windsor estate has become “untenable”.

Speaking with GB News, royal commentator Charlotte Griffiths said that Andrew should consider relocating to Frogmore Cottage, which she describes as a desirable alternative.

“The siege of Royal Lodge has been something we’ve talked about all year. Every time Charles has made a move to cut Andrew off, he has found a way around it,” she said.

“Charles has been outfoxed by his brother,” the expert said, before adding that Andrew’s position at Royal Lodge is now “untenable.”

She continued: “He has got to move to Frogmore Cottage. By the way, who wouldn’t want to move there? It sounds wonderful.”

“I’d say to him to embrace Frogmore Cottage. I mean, I certainly would,” Griffiths added.
