Pamela Anderson ‘wanted to’ wear makeup at Golden Globes

Pamela Anderson has become known for her no makeup look, but the actress wanted to wear more than minimal makeup at the 2025 Golden Globes, but was afraid that she’d receive backlash for it.

Pamela attended the Golden Globes with her 28-year-old son Brandon Thomas Lee. The actress was nominated for Best Actress in a Drama for her performance in The Last Showgirl.

She kept her makeup very minimal with a soft pink lip and glowing skin.

They explained: “While Pam recognizes that a little make up would have gone fabulous with her gown, she also realizes that she cannot do that. She is now locked into her no-makeup image.”

The mole added: “To do herself up – whether at the awards or anywhere else for that matter – would cause backlash, with people calling her a sell-out.”

The tipster claimed that part of the reason behind her no makeup approach was to shed the Baywatch persona and be taken seriously as an actor.

“When she went into this, part of her motivation was to strip away her Barbwire image and Baywatch personification. She wanted to be taken as a serious actor,” they claimed.

“Never in a million years did she think that she would have been nominated for an award like this,” they noted of Pamela Anderson’s Golden Globes nomination.
