New group KickFlip from JYP announces debut album
The music video will be followed by the release of their mini album, titled ‘Flip it, Kick it!’ on January 20
The new boy group from JYP Entertainment, KickFlip, has announced the date for the release of their new music video as well as their debut album.
The schedule for the group was announced on January 5 by the agency, revealing that the MV for the song Umm Great would come out on January 6.
The music video will be followed by the release of their mini album, titled Flip it, Kick it! on January 20.
The teaser hinting at the debut of the seven member group was dropped on 22 November, along with which they launched all of their social media accounts.
Another JYP Entertainment group, Stray Kids, are seeing major success as their new album SKZHOP HIPTAPE “合 (HOP)” remains the best selling album in the United States this week.
They made history with the album the previous week when they stole the number one position on the Billboard Hot 100.
This made them the first ever group in Billboard history to debut at number one with their first six entries.
Stray Kids managed to top three different Billboard charts for two weeks in a row including Top Current Album Sales, Top Album Sales and World Albums.
