After much anticipation, Netflix announced the series finale date of Cobra Kai, which will debut on Feb. 13.

“We’re not good at goodbyes … because Cobra Kai never dies!” the streamer shared.

Sharing his remarks, the series co-creator Hayden Schlossberg said, “The show will end our love for The Karate Kid, but our desire to play in The Karate Kid sandbox doesn’t end.“

“It’s just that this is a story that really followed the redemption of Johnny Lawrence [played by William Zabka], and that story is going to come to a close,” he told THR.

“Whether that’s delving into some of the characters and their pasts or where their future lies ahead, there will definitely be a lot of potential that you’ll see in those last episodes,” the maker concluded.

In the meantime, Cobra Kai’s last season part three logline reads that after “shocking result in the Sekai Taikai and lead to one last match.

“Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai must reckon with their pasts while facing an uncertain future both on and off the mat. Almost 40 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, it’s all been leading to this,” it added.
