Nara Smith pens a heartwarming message to her teenage self while reflecting on 2024.
The 23-year-old model took to her official TikTok account on December 31 to share a recap of the past year.
The mom of three recalled the highlights of 2024 including her viral TikTok video, moving to the East Coast for a “slower life,” and the birth of her third daughter back in April.
“This year is dedicated to teenage me and all the countless nights she stayed up wondering what she would become,” she said in the video with clips from the past year.
“Whether she would find her passions and hopefully fall in love one day and build a family; not knowing that marriage and motherhood would find her a lot quicker than she would ever imagine,” Smith continued.
While going through motherhood herself Smith honored her mom. She also poured her out how during her teenage she “avoided female friendship,” but these connections “came in abundance in the form of new sisters” in 2024.
“I wish I could tell myself that I would spend countless hours in the kitchen baking and cooking,” she further noted. “But also find myself finally modeling like I always wanted to, and doing that alongside my family.”
“Even though what she was building came with a lot of opinions and backlash, she still found herself showing up every single day not only for her but for every young girl that’s just a girl with big dreams,” Smith said while addressing to her younger self.
