Meghan Markle’s father takes a swipe at Prince Harry in new statement

Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas Markle, says her former husband was a much better man than Prince Harry.

Meghan, who was married to Hollywood director Trevor Angelson until 2013, met Prince Harry in 2016.

Comparing his two son-in-laws, Thomas, who has never met Harry, told MailOnline: “I really liked Trevor. I don’t think he ever understood why she dumped him either.”

Meghan married Trevor in a 2011 beach ceremony in Jamaica.

Thomas adds: “I don’t like some of the things my daughter has done but I will always love her. My door is always open to her. I love her and that will never change. I love all my children.”

Prince Harry left the Royal Family back in 2020 alongside wife Meghan Markle and son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the Royal Family of showcasing racism towards their son and publicly shared their grievances on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
