Meghan Markle has paid her subtle tribute to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

In the trailer of her upcoming Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex can be seen wearing something that belonged to late Diana.

While Meghan is seen engaged in activities like picking flowers and preparing homemade food with celebrity friends like Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer, Meghan wears Princess Diana’s watch.

The piece is the same gold Cartier Tank Française watch that Diana wore after her divorce from Prince Charles. It was reportedly gifted to Meghan by Prince Harry and she was first time seen wearing it publicly in 2020.

It is worth mentioning that the trailer has sparked mixed reactions from the public. While some viewers have called it “perfect” some royal experts have described it as “out-of-reach” for the audiences, according to a report by Mirror.
