Malaika Arora stresses the importance of Yoga- hand-balancing asana

Most celebrated Bollywood actress, Malaika Arora, who never misses the chance to motivate her fans for living a stress-free, healthy life, has now stressed the importance of Yoga challenge Tulasana or hand-balancing asana. The actress encourages fans to include this asana into their workout routines as this is the best for balancing work-life.

On Monday, 23rd November 2020, the actress marked a Monday Motivation and stresses the importance of hand-balancing Yoga challenge.

She took to her Instagram handle and shared a photo from her workout routine wherein she can be seen balancing her hands-on piece of bricks. Alongside this, she captioned the photo in which she wrote,  “In today’s day and age, Work-Life Balance has become so crucial that it can either make or break our life. Especially in the times of the lockdown, we’ve all struggled to find that balance. So let’s start the week with #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek with just the right balance (sic),” Malaika shared in the caption. She explained the method along with its incredible benefits. While other pros of this effective Yoga pose include calming down the mind, giving a massage like relaxation to the abs and internal organs. It also helps in having a fit stomach.
