Lily-Rose Depp unveils most exciting thing about acting

Lily-Rose Depp recently revealed that one of her favourite things about her profession is exploring different parts of herself.

The 25-year-old actress told Harper’s Bazaar, “As an actor, you hope that your role will be as meaty as can be, so you have as much to dive into as possible.”

Lily, who is starring in the new horror movie Nosferatu, added, “The most exciting thing is getting to explore parts of myself.”

“You get to hide behind all these beautiful artifices, the costumes, the story,” she said, adding, “But the place I’m drawing from is deeply personal.”

Earlier in an interview with the same outlet, Johnny Depp’s daughter also listed one of her father’s movies that left her traumatised as a child.

The Voyagers actress, who has been dating rapper and singer 070 Shake since 2023, revealed that it was his movie Scissorhands in which Johnny played the role of Edward Scissorhands sharing the reason that “everyone was being so mean to him”.

“Movies are supposed to make you feel something. I was traumatized by it (Scissorhands),” she told the outlet.

Lily-Rose Depp before concluding, said, “Not because I thought he was scary, but because everyone was being so mean to him and I got really upset.”
