Top-notched, late rappers, Lil Peep and XXXTentaction are being sued over copying original single. The artist claimed that the rappers stole the original guitar riff for their combined song track ‘Falling Down’ which they released in the year 2018.
Richard Jaden Hoff, who was performing under ‘KRIO’- alleged that the guitar riff of an original track titled ‘Under My Breath’ was the same in late rappers’ single. He added that Lil Peep and XXXTentaction used the same guitar riff without his consent.
The song is taken from Lil Peep’s music album named ‘Come Over When You’re Sober’, Part 2’, and it went on the hit list in the year 2018. The song ‘Falling Down’ was placed at 13th Number on the Billboard Hot 100, a milestone achieved in 2018.
The artist reportedly filed a complaint as if the late rappers are still living. Also, listed them as the current residents of California. Strange turn!
