Liam Payne’s death unfolds with shocking revelation by hotel waiter
The ‘One Direction’ alum offered the Argentinian waiter his Rolex watch and money as a gift
The Argentinian waiter, Braian Nahuel Paiz, confessed that he took drugs with Liam Payne before his death.
The 24-year-old claimed in the upcoming documentary TMZ Investigates: Liam Payne: Who’s to Blame?, that he spent a few nights with the singer in his hotel room taking cocaine and drinking whiskey while he was working at the hotel two nights before his tragic death.
It is pertinent to mention that Liam Payne lost his life after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16.
The waiter was taken under custody for supplying drugs to Payne, however, he has denied his involvement in his death.
“They say I’m the dealer, that I carry drugs, that I sold them and the truth is that no, no I didn’t sell them,” Paiz told TMZ.
“Yeah, there was. There was cocaine – there wasn’t even a lot of it but we had some with whiskey,” he replied when inquired if he used drugs with Liam, adding, “The second night too. The soap box and some aluminum foil was already there – drugs scattered everywhere.”
Paiz also claimed that Payne offered him money and even a Rolex watch but according to the hotel worker, he denied taking them except for his portrait drawn by the singer-songwriter.
“I didn’t accept it. I didn’t accept anything just a drawing that he drew which were part of my eyes, nose mouth,” the waiter added.
For those unversed, The One Direction star was laid to rest one month after his untimely demise in southeast England.
