Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Kourtney shared sweet throwback photos of Mason and Reign from their childhood.

Kourtney shares sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, with her ex-partner Scott Disick along with daughter Penelope, 12.

In the caption, Kourtney wrote, “My birthday boys. So special to me it hurts my heart.”

The post also caught attention from fans and followers who shared their birthday messages for the kids in the comments section.

One wrote, “Happy Birthday, Mason and Reign.”

Meanwhile, Kim and Khloe Kardashian also added a comment with the SKIMS founder writing, “Happy Birthday Mason and Reign. I love youuuuuuu.”

However, Khloe added, “I still can’t believe they are born on the same day.”

It is worth mentioning that Mason and Reign’s grandma Kris Jenner also penned a sweet note for them.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Kris wrote, “Happy birthday to my two incredible grandsons, Mason and Reign! Our birthday twins! I still can’t believe the two of you share the exact same birthday.
