Kelly Clarkson and her husband, Brandon Blackstock have been making headlines since they filed a divorce case in court. The couple has been in a long divorce battle, finally wrapped up in the last month.
Kelly Clarkson is now officially single and has been declared as single after completing the divorce proceedings with Brandon Blackstock.
According to media outlets reports, a judge signed off on their pair’s single status last month. While the court documents revealed that their marital or domestic partnership status will end on 7th January 2022.
The couple left their fans in shock as the couple earlier revealed that they are going to part their ways. Kelly Clarkson filed for divorce from her husband, Blackstock in July 2020 due to individual differences.
The couple married in 2013. They are blessed with two children, River, who is 7 years old, and Remington, who is 5 years old. Blackstock has two children from his first wife, Melissa Ashworth. His children, Savannah who is 19 years old, and Seth, 14 years old.
During court proceedings, Kelly Clarkson was appealed to pay $150,000 per month in the law of spousal support to Brandon Blackstock on 1st April 2021.
Also, the court documents revealed that she was appealed to pay him an extra $45, 601 per month to support her children. While her income is listed as $1.9 million per month.
