According to sources, the Princess of Wales wants to find a better balance between her royal duties and her family life.
An insider close to the Princess revealed she will continue to carry out her royal responsibilities, but will prioritize her role as a mother and wife.
Royal expert Rebecca English cited insiders claiming Kate has a renewed perspective – one that “puts greater emphasis on balancing the importance of their family with the family.”
The change in approach doesn’t mean Kate will be less dedicated to her royal duties or reduce her public appearances, as per the source.
Instead, she will approach her work in a new way, rather than returning to her pre-cancer routine, reported Daily Mail.
A close pal of Kate told the publication, “It’s impossible to go through that kind of trauma and not to be changed as a person.”
“There’s no hierarchy on the sheer terror of being told you have cancer, particularly when you have a young family you need to protect,” they added.
