The singer has shared that he uses the Havening technique to relieve himself in stressful situations. Justin Bieber’s wife Hailey Baldwin helps her husband to relieve his stress, as the model is also a practitioner.

The singer further revealed that he uses the Havening method when he feels anxiety in the crowded places and particularly on the set before performing on the stage.

While revealing his Havening therapy, he said that he felt a bit restless amid a crowded scene on set when he filmed the video for his song “Yummy on Wednesday’s edition of Justin Bieber: Seasons, the docuseries about the pop superstar airing on YouTube Premium.
