Jeremy Strong’s bizarre reason for donning hat at Golden Globes revealed
Jeremy Strong is reportedly in the process of filming his upcoming movie, and had to return to it after the event
Jeremy Strong, an American actor, turned heads at the 2025 Golden Globes in a striking green Loro Piana velvet suit.
He paired it with a matching bucket hat which intrigued his fans, including actress Anne Hathaway.
However, sources reveal that the fashion choice went beyond mere aesthetics, as one report claims Strong was hiding his new “wild-looking” hairstyle for the upcoming flick, Deliver Me From Nowhere.
The movie will be a biopic centering Bruce Springsteen, and joining the Succession star will be actor Jeremy Allen White.
“Jeremy is wearing the hat right now because he’s playing Jon Landau in the Bruce Springsteen movie,” the source claimed.
The star is reportedly in the process of filming, and had to return to it the very next day after the event.
The report further detailed his role, adding, “because his hair looks so insane [for the role]… because he’s filming that movie, the hat is because he’s covering the crazy hair style playing Bruce Springsteen’s manager. That’s what he’s covering up.”
Regardless of the reason, Jeremy Strong’s outfit triggered some strong responses, with Vogue claiming, “the most memorable menswear moment went to Jeremy Strong, who pulled off a minty green suit and matching bucket hat. Wacky and fun!”
