On Monday, Marvel star Jeremy Renner underwent surgery for ‘blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries’. He survived a ‘weather-related accident’, however, the actor is still in the intensive care unit (ICU). According to the reports, Renner is in ‘critical but stable condition.’
“Jeremy’s family would like to express their gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, Washoe County Sheriff, Reno City Mayor Hillary Schieve and the Carano and Murdock families,”Jeremy’s representative stated. TheWrap
“They are also tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans.”He added further.
While plowing snow, Renner suffered injuries due to a heavy storm that occurred on New Year’s Day. The details of the incident haven’t been disclosed.
Renner lives in the Reno, Nevada region near Lake Tahoe, which was hit hard by a major winter storm.
