Jeremy Renner expresses gratitude after horrific accident
Jeremy Renner took to his social media to reflect on his major snow plowing accident
Jeremy Renner, best known for his role as Hawkeye in the MCU, took to his social media to reflect on his major snow plowing accident.
He referred to it as a “ReBirthday” as the incident took place on the 2023 New Year’s Day.
“I send out my love, respect and gratitude for the army of people that it took to put me back together again,” he captioned a shot of himself with medical staff while he reclined in a hospital bed. “Thank you to each and every nurse, doctor, first responder… I literally owe you my life.”
The accident took place after a truck stuck in the snow was towed by Renner, for which he made use of a PistenBully snow groomer. The 53-year-old then made an attempt to bring a halt to the machine that had begun to slide towards his nephew, and got pulled under in the process.
He continued: “All my heart goes out to my beautiful, brave nephew and the angels (my neighbors) who jumped to my aid and endured the chaos for 45 long minutes on the icy asphalt New Years morning.”
Jeremy Renner went on to express his gratitude for his fans and his family and confirmed that he felt well enough to stand on his feet again.
