Jeremy Allen White took the win for his role in The Bear in the Best Performance By A Male Actor In A Television Series category at the 2025 Golden Globes.
White beat out major names for the top spot, including Steve Martin, Adam Brody, Ted Danson, Martin Short and Jason Segel.
Despite the joyous win, fans of the actor were left puzzled left by his absence at the show despite his victory.
New reports have revealed that the actor is currently in New York to film for his upcoming film, Deliver Me From Nowhere, the Bruce Springsteen biopic.
A fan also shared their account of running into White during filming, as he reportedly claimed that he “wishes he could’ve been” at the event.
After his win was declared by Jennifer Coolidge, she explained that since he was not present, she would be the one to “accept the award on his behalf.”
This is the third Golden Globe that White has won for playing the role of Chef Carmen, taking home the win in 2023 and 2024 as well.
