Jamie Lee Curtis is telling all about her mental health after ringing in 2025.

The Freaky Friday star, 66, was at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards in California on Friday when she shared things she’d be leaving behind in 2024.

“Disappointment,” the actress told People Magazine, before adding that it’s been “a hard year for many people.”

As for her vision ahead, Curtis said she was looking to a brighter future and manifesting “hope” in 2025.

On the work front, the actress will be returning to the cinemas in August with Lindsay Lohan-starrer Freakier Friday, a sequel to the 2003 comedy Freaky Friday.

In 2024, the Halloween star received an honorary degree from the American Film Institute and also starred in The Last Showgirl alongside Pamela Anderson and produced and starred in The Sticky.

Curtis also deleted her X account last year.
