Gwen Stefani just loves motherhood!
As the iconic rock singer and No Doubt front woman gears to spend Christmas with her family, that comprises of her three children, Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and 10-year-old Apollo, as well as her husband, Blake Shelton, she revealed how her family loves spending the holidays together.
In a conversation with Britain’s HELLO! Magazine, the Purple Irises singer stated, “Having a family and being a mom is something I always dreamed of, and Christmas is all part of celebrating that.
“My kids are so nostalgic and excited about Christmas, it’s our favourite time of year,” she added.
The Don’t Speak hitmaker particularly pointed out that she loves whipping up sweet delicacies for the winter festivities, saying, “We’re always trying to create traditions, just as my parents did for us when I was a kid. One of them is making Christmas marshmallow wreaths. Blake really loves those – they’re addictive.”
Before she started dating the country music star, Blake Shelton, she also revealed what an absolute “turmoil” her life was.
“We had just met, and it was chaos. Both of our lives were in complete turmoil, all over the ground. Nothing could save us at that point,” she previously told PEOPLE magazine.
However, Gwen Stefani explained how the God’s Country singer put in the effort to make things work, saying, “I think he really wanted to impress me, because he doesn’t really write songs as much as he used to. And I love writing songs. That’s everything to me.”
