Efforts to undermine Meghan Markle’s Netflix deal exposed
Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle is coming back to Netflix with a show of her own on January 15
The official trailer for Meghan Markle’s upcoming Netflix show has crossed one million views on YouTube.
The Duchess of Sussex had shared the trailer a day after she debuted her new Instagram account.
The show titled “With Love, Meghan” will arrive on Netflix on January 15. It’s a part of a multi million dollars deal between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and the streaming giant.
More than 34,000 people have expressed their views in the comments section of the trailer on YouTube.
While Meghan’s admirers have praised her for launching the new show on Netflix, a large number of people, most of them loyal to King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton, criticised the Duchess of Sussex for one reason or another.
Those known as staunch critics of the former US actress claimed that the trailer received more than 69,000 “Dislikes” on YouTube, a claim that could not be verified because the number of “Dislikes” are no longer visible on the video sharing website.
The number of “Likes” remain visible on the trailer and it clearly is over 13,000.
As her critics shared fake screenshots of the number of dislikes, most of them hoped that Netflix would finally cancel the deal with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
