What does she do? Whenever she looks in the mirror, she practices positive self-affirmations by saying No to negative thoughts, and also repeat some positive affirmations including ” you’re beautiful, you’re gorgeous, I love you, you’re perfect the way you are.’ Because I don’t believe that.” “You’re healthy and I accept you,” she now reminds herself.
