According to media outlets, England’s team withdraw from their upcoming tour of Pakistan. New Zealand also called off their upcoming Pakistan tour due to security concerns, announced by England and Wales Cricket Board on Monday, 20th Sept 2021.

England’s both men’s and women’s teams were scheduled to play two Twenty20 international matches. The first match was scheduled to play on 13th October 2021 and another one on 14th October 2021 in Rawalpindi. While from the women’s side, the third match one-day international series was scheduled to play from 17th to 21st October 2021.

After its cancellation, Pakistani celebrities expressed their disappointment on their Twitter accounts. Asim Azhar, Shoaib Malik, Ramiz Raja, Ch Fawad Hussain, and others Tweeted.

After the announcement of New Zealand’s tour cancellation, the Romanian Singer, Adrian Sina aka Akcent, took the support of social media where he expressed his love for his homeland, held many concerts there in the past.

He wrote that he has been visited Pakistan many times and he always feels good and it feels like a home. He feels safe and overwhelmed for receiving love from the people. He further wrote that he will come back soon and also, he expressed love for his Pakistani fans.
