In light of ongoing circumstances, the 2020 Cannes Film Festival has been officially postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The world’s biggest film festival, which is postponed due to ongoing circumstances, and will not be held as it scheduled.
The event is scheduled to held between 12th May to 23rd May. The board of directors announced on Thursday, 19th March 2020 that they are looking at postponing until late June.
Furthermore, they said that they will reschedule the event in late June or the beginning of July. However, all programs, concerts, film festivals have already been canceled due to the worst situation.
There is a Tweet that came down from Canne’s official Twitter account that simply announced that the Cannes Film Festival has been postponed due to the coronavirus concerns and also it will be rescheduled in the month of May.
