Aubrey Plaza’s husband Jeff Baena died by suicide on January 3
Aubrey Plaza took a major decision after shock death of her producer husband Jeff Baena.
According to Daily Mail, the 40-year-old actress backed out and did not attend 2025 Golden Globes which she was slated to present.
Plaza, who had not been nominated for any awards this year, was slated to be a presenter at 82nd Golden Globe awards, according to press release issue on Friday.
However, it was the same day when Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s officials ruled her 47-husband died by a suicide.
Plaza lost her husband on January 3, who tragically passed away by a suicide, as per the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office.
Reports claimed that the director had been found unresponsive at his office by his assistant.
After being called to the location, authorities reportedly announced him dead at the scene.
The couple had been together since 2010, and Plaza previously revealed that they had officially gotten married in 2020.
In the wake of Baena‘s death, the family was described as “devastated” at the sudden loss.
