Armie Hammer sets to make comeback in Hollywood
Armie Hammer seems to be on the way to his comeback to Hollywood
Hollywood seemingly has long shunned Armie Hammer after his mega controversies.
Now, however, he is making a comeback as he is set to star in The Dark Knight, which will be made by the noted German filmmaker Uwe Boll.
According to Variety, the film’s shooting will begin in Croatia on Jan. 27, and the embattled actor will play the character of a crime-fighting vigilante.
The Lone Ranger star was accused of sexual misconduct, which sparked a lengthy investigation by the authorities as they, in conclusion, ruled out charging him.
Apart from the role in the vigilante thriller, he was also tapped to play in the upcoming Frontier Crucible, a Western drama film directed by Travis Mills.
Not to mention, Armie, in a recent podcast, claimed he has so many offers that he has to turn them down.
“My dance card’s getting pretty full,” he said on Your Mom’s House. “That first job that I turned down after four years of this ****, I mean, it was the best feeling I’ve ever had.”
