Bollywood’s famed actress, Anushka Sharma, who is expecting her first child with her husband Virat Kohli, continues her workout regime during pregnancy to stay fit.
The actress is extremely lucky to have a husband like Virat who helps her to do yoga asanas during her pregnancy.
Anushka Sharma took to her Instagram and shared a photo of herself wherein she is seen doing Yoga Asanas (headstand), with the help of her husband.
Alongside the photo, she composed a caption that reads, “It’s the most difficult one exercise”. “As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant barring twists & extreme-forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support.”
“For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband supporting my balance, to be extra safe,” Anushka further said.
In August 2020, Sharma announced that she was expecting her first child with Kohli and her delivery is expected in the month of January 2021.
