Princess Beatrice is expected to make major changes to her Christmas plans with her in-laws as she may choose to celebrate the day with her parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

According to royal biographer Ingrid Seward, the Duke and Duchess of York will not be attending the Royal Family’s Christmas walk or the pre-lunch gathering at Buckingham Palace in the wake of Andrew’s new scandal.

The “disgraced” Duke of York was found to reportedly have alleged links to a Chinese spy, after which the pressure on him to skip the Christmas festivities increase, ending up in him backing out.

Beatrice, who is pregnant with her second child, is close to her father and may want to support him during this time, suggested the royal expert.

Speaking with Telegraph, the expert said, “Somehow or other, I think that Fergie and Andrew will be with Beatrice, Edo and the kids, either at Royal Lodge or the in-laws.”

“She is very close to her father and will want to support him and be with him at this time. I cannot possibly see Fergie sitting alone at Royal Lodge.

“She has lots of friends and family and would want to be with them. Andrew possibly wouldn’t mind. He would sit there in front of the TV, but Sarah would organise something with Beatrice.”
