‘Yellowstone’ breaks big record in finale
Data confirms ‘Yellowstone’ finale breaking a huge record
Yellowstone has become one of the most-watched shows, and its season 5B finale broke the record for having the most eyeballs in the show’s history.
According to Collider, the highly anticipated conclusion drew a whopping 11.4 million viewers, making it the most-watched episode in the series.
More data by Paramount stated that the series conclusion saw a 4% surge in the viewership compared to the midseason finale, which generatedĀ 10.3 million viewers.
Unlike the stunning reception, Luke Grime, who plays Kayce Dutton, had a funny response when asked how fans would react to the finale.
“At the rate we’re headed, I don’t think they’re going to be satisfied with anything. [Laughs.] Some people will realize that it was very well written and well executed. But a large part will just be mad that it’s over, which is fair,” he joked Esquire.
In other news, the Yellowstone finale also paid a tribute to Bob Avila, who died on Nov, 9. He was 72.
“This episode is dedicated to Bob Avila. See you down the dusty trail, Amigo,” the statement reads, which appeared at the start of the episode.
