Jennifer Lopez labels Ben Affleck-backed ‘Unstoppable’ the ‘perfect family movie’

Jennifer Lopez recently talked about Unstoppable film and labelled it a “perfect family movie”.

The 55-year-old actress, in an interview with Britain’s OK! Magazine, said, “These are the types of movies that the world needs right now more than ever.”

According to Lopez, Unstoppable is “inspiring, uplifting, exciting and emotional”.

“At times difficult to watch but so real and so moving,” she added.

“It’s a perfect family movie,” the actress went on to say, adding, “It will have you cheering while you hold back the tears.”

Moreover, the Atlas actress also explained how she tries to play to her strengths and not worry too much about the times things have gone wrong, which she believes is the message of her new movie.

Lopez said, “It’s about understanding who you are and what your strengths are.”

“It’s about playing to those things,” the actress said, before concluding, “It’s not about focusing on the weaknesses or the times you fell down or the times you didn’t win.”

In the movie, which has been produced by Lopez’s ex-husband Ben Affleck, the actress played the role of Judy Robles, the mother of real-life wrestler, Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg but overcame adversity to reach his sporting dream.

Jennifer Lopez starrer Unstoppable had a theatrical release on December 6, 2024.
