Harrison Ford stuns Anthony Mackie ‘at how normal he was’
Harrison Ford received praise from his co-star, Anthony Mackie, because of his humble behaviour
Harrison Ford is a simple man!
One of the stars stunned by the iconic actor being so “normal,” was Anthony Mackie who starred alongside Ford in the upcoming movie, Captain America: Brave New World.
When asked about what surprised him the most about the 82-year-old star, the Captain America: The Winter Soldier actor told E! News, “I was surprised at how normal he was.”
Mackie explained that he expected Ford, who is his co-star and also one of the most decorated and renowned artists, to be more aloof.
“Usually, you have a big star in a movie, they go sit off by themselves with their friends and won’t talk to you,” he further mentioned.
Mackie continued, “But whenever the cast and crew got together Harrison would come and just chill with us like a regular person and eat those awful peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.”
Apart from being quite humble and “normal” Harrison Ford is also a licensed pilot because of a passion of flying planes that he has.
Speaking to Esquire magazine the Indiana Jones actor mentioned, “I will not be buried under a stone that says actor. For me, flying is as important a part of my life as my business. It’s not like playing golf.”
