Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce teamed up this holiday season to surprise Kansas City Chiefs teammate Chris Jones and his girlfriend, Sheawna Weathersby, with a gift.
The couple received a bottle of champagne among other presents, as shown on Weathersby’s Instagram story on Christmas Day.
While sharing her gratitude, she wrote, “So blessed & grateful this holiday season. Thank youuuu, Tay Tay!!!”
Moreover, a holiday card accompanying the gift read, “Merry Christmas” and was signed by “Travis and Taylor.”
According to Daily Mail, while both Weathersby and Swift were absent from the Chiefs’ Wednesday game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, where Kansas City triumphed 29-10, Jones also missed the match due to a calf injury.
Since the beginning of their relationship, Swift has reportedly grown close to several of the Chiefs players’ partners, including Brittany Mahomes, wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and Chariah Gordon, girlfriend of Mecole Hardman.
It is worth mentioning that Swift’s next opportunity to attend a Chiefs game may not come until January 18 or 19, when Kansas City, having secured the AFC’s top seed, plays its first postseason game at home following a Wild Card bye.
