Prince Andrew to take huge decision after being ‘forced’ to skip Christmas
Andrew, the Duke of York, skipped 2024 Royal Christmas amid Chinese spy scandal
Prince Andrew is expected to take a huge decision after he was pressured into skipping the annual Royal Christmas celebrations at Sandringham, a royal expert has revealed.
According to a report by The Sun, the “disgraced” Duke of York will never go to Sandringham after he backed out of the holiday festivities and opted to spend Christmas alone.
The Duke of York was “forced” to take the decision after his connections to Chinese spy Yang Tengbo were exposed.
Speaking with The Sun, biographer Andrew Lownie said of Andrew, “I don’t think he’s going to go to Sandringham ever again.”
Lownie added that Royal family members “need to distance themselves from him” in order to save themselves from future embarrassments.
This comes after Royal biographer Ingrid Seward revealed how much Andrew has damaged the monarchy with his antics.
“His irresponsible behaviour and dubious friendships have exasperated his older brother for some time now,” she told The Mirror.
“However, nothing has been quite as damaging to the monarchy as Andrew’s current situation. It involves the British government, MI6 and the Chinese government.
“It is almost like a television spy special.”
