Justin Baldoni uses shocking tactics to demean Blake Lively?

Blake Lively’s recent lawsuit against Justin Baldoni reportedly shed light on a controversial PR tactic known as “astroturfing”.

For the unversed, the actress sued It Ends With Us costar of sexual harassment, and retaliation.

Lively also accused Baldoni that he and his PR team initiated a smear campaign against the actress and made coordinated attempts to damage her reputation and disrupt her businesses.

As reported by PEOPLE, “astroturfing” used in the actress’ filing has been described as “the practice of publishing opinions or comments on the internet” which comes from a particular company or political group.

Moreover, the 37-year-old-actress in her statement given to The New York Times, shared her motivations for filing the complaint.

She told the publication that she hopes that her legal action helps “pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people”.

The 40-year-old actor’s legal team, on other hand, denied the claims, telling the publication that the allegations were “false”.

Since Blake Lively’s allegations against the actor, Justin Baldoni has been dropped by agency and has a prestigious award revoked.
