Bruce Willis cherished the warmth of family this holiday season as he continues his courageous fight against aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
In a touching moment shared on Instagram by his daughter Scout Willis, the Die Hard actor was seen embracing her in a garden.
Dressed in a cozy cardigan and navy pants, Willis wrapped his arms around Scout in the heartwarming clip.
Scout also shared snapshots of festive celebrations featuring her mother, Demi Moore, sister Tallulah Willis, and close friends.
Moreover, Willis, a proud father of five daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, with ex-wife Demi Moore, and Mabel Ray, and Evelyn with wife Emma Hemming Willis, has received immense amounts of support from his family since diagnosis.
According to Daily Mail, Demi recently provided an update on his condition, describing him as being “in a very stable place.”
While reflecting on the journey, she acknowledged its challenges but also emphasized the unexpected beauty it has brought.
In regards to this, she said, “There is great loss, but there is also great beauty and gifts that can come from it.”
Additionally, Willis’ FTD diagnosis was revealed by his family in February 2023, following his earlier retirement from acting due to aphasia.
Meanwhile, Emma openly shared the importance of educating young daughters about the realities of illness as she stated, “I’ve never tried to sugarcoat anything for them.”
